Anthony Fallon is the Managing Director and sole owner of Le Habitat Ltd. It’s through his strong leadership, dedication and passion that Le Habitat Ltd continues to thrive and be the major player it is in the Cayman Islands construction industry.
A qualified Civil Engineering professional; Anthony has over 26 years experience in commercial and residential housing developments. He is a seasoned contractor who has played a major role in property development throughout the Cayman Islands before and after Hurricane Ivan.
Originally from Ireland; Anthony is well-versed with the Cayman Islands building standard requirements and is an active member of the Cayman Contractors Association (CCA). Having served with Le Habitat since 1995; Anthony commands vast knowledge and experience in project engineering, estimating and development. Anthony took full ownership of Le Habitat Ltd in 2006 and has managed to bring together a strong team of experienced professionals and molded Le Habitat to become the dynamic, highly motivated and progressive organization that it is today.

Martin is our Project Manager and is in charge of the entire construction process on-site from inception to completion. His attention to detail is second to none and he holds Advanced level City& Guilds qualifications in Carpentry and Construction Management.
Martin is originally from Cork, Ireland and has been with Le Habitat Ltd for the past 22 years. He is well-versed with the standard building codes and practice for the Cayman Islands as well as the South Dade building codes

We are supplemented by an experience and well knowledgeable team that comprises of a Project Administrator, Engineer assistant, qualified carpenters and roofers, Experienced Masons and Tilers who have worked with the Company for an average of over 5 years.
